My Life’s Journey

I immediately took on the Entrepreneur life. I found myself becoming a court reporter full-time, and working in the realm of the legal field. In the midst of that, I was creating a life with someone I would end up being with for 5 years.

When everything shifted, relationship wise and business wise, I moved across the country to create a new life.

I’ve coached many women along the way: providing practical, tough love, and intuitive counsel for what they are looking to create.

I bring this wisdom and experience inside the container to provide an open and sovereign space for you to take on the next part of your journey.

I took a deep dive not just in Holistic Heath, but also in the Plant Medicine world. These medicines not only saved my life, but I got to witness the growth and transformation in myself, and in my family.

Holistic health is integrated not just into moments, but in my everyday habits, products, and things I consume, down to what I eat, drink, and listen to and read everyday. Returning to the fundamentals of nature to ensure the health of not just me, but those I care for and coach is a key component of my practice.

Combining these two worlds for myself and others have not just been a pillar moment for me, but a lifelong integration and way to serve those around me. Having experience navigating various plant medicines, the integration, and the demands of the everyday corporate and entrepreneur world, I offer guidance, mentorship, and spaces for claiming your new identity that the next level requires, and coming to know truth.

• I am obtaining my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. I will be obtaining my Doctorate in Transpersonal Psychology (Traditional Talk Therapy, Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork) with an emphasis in Psychedelic Treatment

• 200HR Registered Yoga Teacher

• Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master Level 3

• Sound Healing Certified

• Starting my 300HR Yoga training in August 2026
