My journey began years ago - when everything in my life changed. My relationship ended, I gave up my corporate career of 6 years and completely lost my identity. I had no idea what I wanted in life, moved across the country for a new start, and left everything behind. I was tired of running the corporate ladder after working in the legal industry and set out to create a life that I dreamed of.

I have acquired many tools and skills along the way that have allowed me to not only help myself but help others on the journey to self-love and success. Having immense experience not only in the typical corporate world, but also in exploring the depths of the spiritual world and finding plant medicine, I have a wide range of experience when it comes to tailoring and creating systems and techniques that best work on the individual level.

My first love was always music, and when I moved, I fell back in love with the medicine of music I found at such a young age. In my offerings with sound healing, I also offer an opportunity to take a deep dive within the self, and work with plant medicine. When sassafras and/or cacao are combined with music, it can offer immense healing, guidance, and prayer.

I thoroughly enjoy educating and helping others return to nature - whether it’s through the products you use, herbs, medicines, and connecting with yourself for a cleaner and healthier way of life, just as nature intended.
